This Gold and Diamond Vault Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Safe Choice, a leading provider of secure precious metals and gemstone storage services, and Customer, hereinafter referred to as “Client.” This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Safe Choice’s Gold and Diamond Vault Service.
1. Services Provided:
Safe Choice agrees to provide secure storage and safekeeping of the Client’s gold, diamonds, gemstones, and other precious assets in our state-of-the-art vault facility.
2. Security and Access:
- Safe Choice will maintain the highest level of security for the Client’s assets, including surveillance, access control, and insurance.
- The Client will be provided with secure, controlled access to their stored items during agreed-upon hours.
- Access to the vault is subject to identity verification and adherence to security protocols.
3. Fees and Billing:
- Client agrees to pay fees as outlined in the agreed-upon service plan.
- Fees are billed [monthly/quarterly/annually] and are subject to change with prior notice.
- Payments are to be made by the due date specified in the invoice.
4. Insurance:
- Safe Choice will maintain insurance coverage for the assets stored on behalf of the Client.
- In the event of loss, damage, or theft, the Client will be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with the insurance policy terms.
5. Confidentiality:
- Safe Choice will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information and will not disclose any information to third parties without Client consent, except as required by law.
6. Termination:
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
- In the event of termination, Client’s stored assets will be returned promptly and in accordance with security protocols.
7. Governing Law:
- This Agreement is governed by the laws the United Kingdom.
8. Entire Agreement:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Safe Choice and the Client and supersedes all previous agreements.
9. Acceptance:
By filling the form below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
